Jul 24, 2010 - @elizzann No prob ^_^If you could get 2 down then the rest will just follow along easily.This trick did hurt & I was bruised badly on my left arm (my parents joked around telling me not to get caught my social service XD) when I tried to teach myself at the beginning when I didn't have a coach. But once I did get one, she told me to keep bouncing it on the fatty part of the arm (towards the edge of the elbow). After that, no more severe bruises.Good luck!
